Are pets allowed? Pets are not allowed at this time.
Are there any cleaning fees or additional charges? Fees may be assessed for tenant requested additional services like enhanced internet services, streaming fess, etc. and\or the condition of the property due to misuse during the term of the rent agreement by tenant.
What is your cancellation policy? Our cancellation policy varies based on Unit rented. View here.
Smoking or non-smoking? All Units listed are designated as non-smoking.
Is this rental unit age-restricted? At least 1 of the registered guests must be 55 years of age or older. If the primary renter is not 55 years of age or older this is cause for immediate termination of the tenancy.
